About Glenfarclas 31 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Following on from the release of a 43 Year Old Cognac Cask whisky in 2012, Glenfarclas released the 31 Year Old Port cask.

The nose has elements of toffee, raisins, dates and honey. The palate opens with the toffee from the nose but there is now also spices emerging. Ginger and some oaky notes also present. The finish is long and spicy.
