Prices shown on listings pages include excise duty and VAT at the rate currently applicable in the U.K and also prices excluding VAT
Taxes & Duties
Whiskies and other products sold at www.robbieswhiskymerchants.com are subject to U.K taxation.
If we are sending a parcel to an address outwith the UK, we will not charge VAT, however you may be liable to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country.( Please contact your Customs Department if you require further information.) robbieswhiskymerchants.com, where appropriate will complete a customs declaration form declaring 'Specialist Malt Whisky, No Commercial Value' and stating replacement value.
If we are shipping to an address in the US, customs charges will be calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout so that can we complete the customs clearance procedure as soon as it arrives in the US.
Your order will not be subject to any further customs charges.
Prices
Prices shown against each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging which will be added to your bill.
All prices published on our site constitute an invitation to treat rather than an offer capable of acceptance by any purchaser. Such prices are published in good faith and believed to be correct. However robbieswhiskymerchants.com reserves the right to alter or change prices at any time up until delivery of the product selected.

Follow Up
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order or cancel it if you prefer.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with products purchased, which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products if you inform us within 14 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any product(s) returned must be within its original packaging.(Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products). However, if any of the products that we sent to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for your expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer.
If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us of your wish to return the product(s). Any product(s) returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
Age Restriction
We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
Availability
Supply is usually reliable for most products displayed at robbieswhiskymerchants.com. Some of the whiskies shown are either not available because they are temporarily out of stock or because they may be one of only a few in the world. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.

Gift Vouchers
Unwanted Gift Vouchers cannot be returned and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.
If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.
