The GlenAllachie 30-year-old Batch 5

This accomplished single malt is truly the apex of luxury. Master Distiller Billy Walker thoughtfully finessed every drop of vintage auburn liquid in superior Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, expertly sourced from Spain.
Five Sherry puncheons and hogsheads have been combined to create an exceptional, multifaceted drinking experience abundant in notes of fruitcake, warming mocha and ripe
cherries.

Colour: Intensely Rich Mahogany.


Nose: Brandied honeycomb, molasses tart and spiced blood orange, with bursts of cocoa, black winter truffle and caramelised brown sugar


Taste: Rich chocolate, warm baking spices and clementine zest, followed by molasses, orchard fruits and crystalised ginger, with black cherries and raisin butter on the finish
