About Cadenhead's Linkwood 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Located just outside the town of Elgin, Linkwood distillery has been producing whisky since 1824, changing ownership several times throughout this period.
This 10 year old whisky from Linkwood was re-racked into Oloroso sherry casks in 2022 until it was ready for bottling. This time spent in Oloroso casks has given the spirit sweet, fruity notes of blackcurrant jam, marzipan and apricots amongst other notes.

Nose: Blackcurrant, raspberry, date syrup, buttered gingerbread.
Palate: Madagascan cola,danish pastry,blackcurrant jam.
Finish:Figs, apricots, marzipan, almonds.
