About Lochlea Single Cask - 1st Fill Oloroso - Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Exclusively Bottled For RWM - Release 2

We are delighted to introduce the second Lochlea Single Cask exclusively bottled for Robbie's Whisky Merchants.

The whisky was chosen by our owner Robin in March and bottled late May to coincide with our famous Whisky An A That Festival which is celebrating its 21st Anniversary on 1st June 2024.

Bottled from one single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Cask.

Non- Chill Filtered and Natural Colour.

Bottled at a mighty 60.5 alc./vol.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh aromatic roasted coffee, cloves, cracked pepper, syrupy dates.

Palate: Red apples, raisins, burnt honeycomb, chocolate and liquorice.

Finish: Long with milk chocolate, lemon peel and ginger stem.
