Distilled January 2015 and bottled June 2023

Non-Chill filtered and bottled at 46% alc./vol.

Charged from one refill Butt

Nose: Cocoa powder gives way to an earthy damp oak style with just a hint of sea-salt

Palate: Cinnamon, brown sugar and juicy plums are balanced by a maritime coastal quality

Finish: The sherry heritage is apparent with more spice alongside salted caramel and chewed leather
