Representing one-half of the new flagship core range, the Bourbon Cask Single Malt is Eden Mill's first-ever full bourbon maturation bottling and a nod to the house style that can be expected from their new distillery. A Lowland whisky with a Highland heart, seamlessly combining a sweet, grassy, and floral newmake with a robust, spicy, and fruity maturation style.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Barley sugar, cinnamon, crumble, spiced apple and vanilla
Palate: Salted caramel cookies with oak spice
