About Loch Lomond Steam & Fire Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Loch Lomond Steam & Fire brings to life the diverse distilling process and the distilleries bespoke, hand-charred casks from their own time-honoured cooperage, resulting in this truly unique and imaginative whisky. The spirit has started in American oak casks then finished matured in heavily charred casks, flamed by Loch Lomonds own cooperage giving a rich mouth feel with notes of orange, pear and melted brown sugar with a dark chocolate, soft smoke finish. This expression is a celebration of the incredible alchemy and engineering capability of the distillery and a product of the exploration, experimentation and know-how as master makers, distillers and coopers.

Nose: Toffee, apple, fudge, vanilla, cinnamon.


Taste: Silky mouthfeel, orange, peach, marmalade,coffee, melted brown sugar, roasted marshmallow.


Finish: Medium to long dry finish with dark chocolate and soft smoke.
