Nose: Sweet balsamic glaze. Soft Marzipan and coconut ice cream.

Taste: An explosion of rum and raisin fudge! Really creamy, with vanilla and soft toffee. Underlying toasted brown sugar notes. Some spiciness too - cinnamon and cloves.
