The French Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of French Wine & Spirits casks in an exceptional showcase. The whisky, distilled in 2008, was laid down in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks prior to being moved into Monbazillac, Sauternes, Rivesaltes and Cognac casks for its final maturation, resulting in a magnificent collection.

Only 6,000 bottles of each addition available worldwide.

Distilled on 19th September 2008, this whisky marries the distilleries characteristic fresh fruit notes incredibly well with the sweet nutty flavours for which Rivesaltes wine is known. Contrasting sweet and bitter flavours dominate the palate, held together by an underlying barley aroma. The finish is velvety with the flavours from the palate lingering for some time

Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% abv.
