After initially maturing in traditional oak casks for a number of years, Douglas Laing have finished this limited edition bottling in a single hand-selected Rivesaltes Wine Single Cask from the Languedoc-Roussillon Wine region of France.
This latest offering from our friends in Glasgow is a cracking blended malt with a heart of the Lowlands.

Tasting Notes :
The nose is sweetly honeyed and gristy, showing sugared cereal and pear drops.
The nutty palate warms to milk chocolate, hazelnuts and citrus fruits.
The finish bursts with crystallised fruits, prunes, cocoa, orange peel and almond.
