Fettercairn is one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland, located in the foothills of Scotland’s Cairngorms.

Matured for 28 years in American ex-bourbon casks, the perfect maturation partner for the tropical character derived from the distilleries unique copper cooling ring distillation process.

Colour: Deep shimmering gold.

Nose: Pineapple and melon give way to treacle and banana, with a hint of warm ginger and liquorice.

Palate: Citrus peel and black pepper, tempered by walnuts, vanilla, and spices. Coffee, apricot, and a touch of sweet balsamic complete this rewarding experience.
