BenRiach 21 Year Old - Temporis - Peated - Single Malt Scotch Whisky

BenRiach Temporis, meaning ‘time’ in Latin, replicates the original character and flavour of Speyside malts in the nineteenth century. This peated whisky has been vatted in an mix of four casks: Bourbon barrels, Virgin oak, Pedro Ximenez sherry and Oloroso sherry.

Distilled with peated malt from the North East of Scotland,

Nose: Caramelised pear and toasted oak spice fuse with honeyed peat and smoked pinewood.


Palate: Smooth creamy peat builds to uncover roasted orchard fruits and eucalyptus. Tropical pineapple and star anise gradually appear with smoked cinnamon embers, lingering long into the sweet and smoky finish.
