A very rare Macallan 30yo.
Each bottle contains an individual certificate, hand signed by Fred and Cara Laing
Distilled May 1989 and bottled October 2019.
One refill hogshead deeming only 230 individually numbered bottles.

Natural cask strength of 46% with no colouring or filtration naturally!
Nose – Clean and unsullied before warming to barley(and barley sugar), some big hitting citrus, grapes and a big hint of Bourbon.
Palate – Oh-so-dulcet with muscovado sugar to the fore, and later marzipan, orange, cream and a drift of smoke.
Finish – Medium long with all these flavours being neatly replicated at different stages.
