Charged from a Refill Barrel and bottled at 48.4% abv.

Refill Barrel - DL13327.

Tasting Notes:

Nose : A maritime quality with dried seaweed, then a sweet smokiness.

Flavour : An earthy richness with a touch of soot, burnt sugar and black pepper.

Finish : Long - a lingering leathery quality plus dried fruits, charred oak and puffs of peat.
