Mount Gay XO Extra Old Reserve Cask Rum
A legal deed dated 20th of February 1703 confirms the existence of a Pot Still House on their estate in Barbados, establishing them as the worlds oldest rum producer.
XO is a blend of rums aged between 8 to 15 years. Extra Old is not as floral and fruity as the Eclipse, instead the significantly older barrels of mainly double pot distillates offers a more complex and rounded palate.
