Following on from the mighty "Big Peat" of Islay and the cheeky yet sweet wee "Scallywag" of Speyside, the "Timorous Beastie" is the new Highland cousin on the block.

Timorous Beastie is overidingly sweet initially on the nose, then warms to floral, light barley and spicy honeyed tones. The palate opens in a spicy style, now mellow, sugary and raisin fudge in style.
